Magnolia Warbler
^June 13, 2009, Parker Ranch, Oasis Valley, Nevada. A beautiful male sang often in elms and willows, throwing his head back, on an overcast morning for a few hours. The song sounded like "sweeter, sweeter, sweetoo."
^Preening.
^The white wing panel, gray back, yellow throat and breast, and black streaks on the sides from a "necklace" distinguished the bird from the Yellow warblers in the area.
^Actively seeking insects deep in willows.
