Common residents of Oasis Valley, groups hang out in tule marshes and cattails around stock ponds and restored Amargosa toad pools, but also visit seed feeders around houses. Population movements may occur, however, as by late summer and fall we can expect larger flocks around the valley. Lowest numbers seem to be in November and December in many years.
